About Our Company
Karanda Properties is a development, leasing and management company based in Cambridge, Ontario founded in 2000. Our 100% owned portfolio consists primarily of first class buildings in Cambridge, Brantford and Ayr. We specialize in managing and leasing multi-tenant commercial and industrial spaces ranging from 2,000 to 100,000 square feet.
We are experienced in the process of building, leasing (including tenant leasehold improvements) and managing the property and tenant relationship from start to finish. Our portfolio currently consists of 3 properties totaling approximately 175,000 square feet and 2 land parcels for future development.
We recognize that a tenant wants a practical, efficient and highly functional space that adds the appropriate capacity to their business. Additionally, tenants desire a healthy tenant-landlord relationship accompanied by quality, worry-free property management. Understanding these needs and the nature of the landlord-tenant partnership has allowed us to meticulously focus on delivering properties and management services tailored for our mutual success.
Property Management
Our property management team aims for excellence in our day-to-day service, underscored first and foremost through clear and appropriate communication with each tenant. Since we are locally based and own each property we manage, we tend to be more relational in our management style and are motivated to take care of the properties.
We deliver fast response times to tenant issues and use the appropriate contractors to look after concerns correctly and professionally. We strive to deal with issues properly the first time to ensure our tenant can get back to work – focusing on their core business.
We are available during business hours, Monday to Friday, to deal with regular questions or concerns and are always within reach in emergency situations.
